Vodia has three layers of administrative control, which means you have complete control over the whole platform.
all users can be given access to the user portal where calls can be made and received using WebRTC. Based on permissions, users can edit their own preferences for things like cell phone twinning, voicemail settings and Email notifications.
the Domain Admin has control over a particular domain, able to edit all settings within that one domain.
the Administrator has control over the whole system and all domains, able to edit global settings for trunks, dial plans, etc.
